Frequently asked questions
How does a paid subscription work?
The Free plan is free forever. You can switch on a paid plan (Plus, Premium, Ultra) anytime - payment runs through Stripe, billed monthly or yearly. You can downgrade back to Free anytime, no penalty; your data stays intact.
What happens when I hit the Free storage limit?
Uploading new statements is blocked, but your existing data stays available. You can:
- Delete older imports in the Imports section
- Upgrade to Plus (50 MB) or a higher plan
Can I downgrade?
Anytime. Your data stays - only the new plan's limit applies. If you hold more data than the new plan allows, uploading new statements is blocked until you free up space.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (via Stripe), Apple Pay and Google Pay. We'll issue an invoice on request.
I run an accounting firm - can I get a plan for my clients?
